Looks Like Its Time To Ditch Asphalt Roofing For Green Roofing & Solar Panels And Blue Roofing

Everyday, new structures traditional rely on asphalt roofing. However; asphalt roofing does NOT keep your home or building cool during hot days. The heat island effect is causing our cities to be hotter than you thought! Green roofing at the other hand does an opposite. It actually keeps your home cooler during the hot days, and warmer during the cold days,–as long as your green roofing has proper drainage. Traditional guttering is NOT enough for green roofing because, they’re susceptible to be clogged by natural debris. Plastic guttering for green roofing is out of this question too!

If you were having a new building built, you can always request to have a green roof integrated as a way to help mitigate heating and cooling costs,–even if you prefer retro-style heating with steam radiators and boilers. However; a building with green roofing requies more strength than you thought, green roofing for buildings are expensive, but they can pay for themselves overtime, and even you can play on green roofing,–as long as safety fencing are installed along the perimeter of a building itself (7 fet high at least for the best experience).

If you are having a new building Being built

If you already have permits filed/obtained, and you have your building planned ahead of time, its strongly recommended to have a green roof over a traditional asphalt roof because, green roofing isn’t just for your preferred style of a building, you can use it as a vegetable garden, a berry patch, or you can have a playground on it for anyone. However; requesting to have a safety fence that is high as 15 feet is required to help prevent suicide, and deter hurling items from high places. Also, you can integrate viewing ports to see the horizon of a wooded area or city. Your elevated patio can also have a garden,–if you have a set of rooms beneath it. This is important to have green parts because, you can help reduce your cooling and heating costs like magic.

Traditional guttering is out of this question. You can have pillars with a hidden function to drain surplus water from rain to the ground by using gravity. This is useful if you want to reduce the burden of having these open gaps/voids,–if you have interconnected buildings on your land what you own. However; these pillars shall be thick as possible, and you need high surface area for your building than you thought. And you need to add a function to your pillar, like a carousel, or even a spiral starway!

If your building has intentionally thick walls, and you have thick hollow pillars with dirt inside, you can plant trees that will slot into these pillars, you can give your building a new look,–if your green roof doesn’t have a solar panel installed. These trees are important to keep your place cool, and absorb water each day. You can also have these special structures that is above a green roof to have these other functions like relieving pressure caused by hot air and venting with proper venting, and other functions what you want to add.

Elevators should be installed via a strategic location with large doors and deeper carriages. However; the doors must be deeper than you thought, at least 5 feet deep. Also bricks and other strong materials must be used, and the shaftway must be built with thick wall with high-quality expensive formats that are durable. You can also surround a set of twin elevators with these pillars that are hollow and wide enough for plants to grow, but it must have a strong brick and concrete surface for a porch-like look to protect these electronics. However; these pillars can be intentionally high to have plants planted as a way to ensure proper drainage. The greater the proper drainage, the better the green roof will perform. However; compaction is essential to ensure your green roofing is strong and tough as possible.

Even corners of a building needed to have integrated strong pillars with dirt on the inside to enable plants to grow. However; the surface of a roof formulated for plant growth requires the following :

  • Initial roofing surface (very start and bottom) – needs no air pockets; special concrete shall be strong enough to withstand the weight of fully-loaded trailers. Thickness shall be assessed. No cracks and flaws tolerated. Shallbe integrated to very open of a pillar with a sloped and rounded format with an initial thickness of 6 inches solid. Vibrations reduces air pockets. No seams shall be left exposed. Initial flooring for concrete surfaces for stairways, ramps and elevators shall have mandatory thicknesses. No jagged undersides left behind, always use vibration to smooth out undersides. Mandatory cooling is necessary to prevent warping. Shall bare the weight up to at least 20,000 tons PSI or more.
  • Multiple Layers with no air pockets – This is necessary to add strength to structure. Must have initial slope for containment of dirt with a layered concrete deck for foot traffic.
  • Must have a layer of dirt that is at least 8 feet thick for the best experience – If you want to have plants that can grow tall, or any kind of plants that will not shoot through your roof; you may need to ensure your concrete surfaces that are initial are stragically sealed, or you’re using “plastic-free substitutes. You need to ensure your green roofing must be as strong as possible. However; if you have plans for green balconies, you may need to have thick integrated balconies that are extremely strong from the inside of a building,–you don’t want them to fall and crash to the ground, and you must have these fences to be as high by at least 10 feet. This is necessary because, preventing suicide is essential. High ceilings shall be a default and a style of building because, low ceilings are out of the question, unless you have a dedicated attached building what you can use as a large play area for your arcade.
  • Water system – Your plants need water to grow and thrive. This is necessary for your plants to asorb CO2 each day. Also, water usage can help your roof stay cool like this way,–if you connected your electric pump, or wind pump to a source of water from a well. This is necessary to use nature to have your green roof live for a long time. If you have trees implemented with long and deep roots for these hollow pillars, you may need to have steaks that will hold them in place, until they have roots that will anchor them in place. However; if you have a diverse amount of plants planned, you can have a biodiversity on your roof, and enable animals to rely on your own ecosystem. If you are building a rooftop garden that is safe for your rabbits what you keep as companion animals; you can building a garden that is jus for them. With all of that constant stream of oxygen… you can breed large rabbits if you want. If a rabbit grow larger than a typical pony, how about riding it,–if owning a horse is too expensive.
  • Typical maintenance – If your green roofing is ready for use, you must maintain it on a regular basis like weeding,–if you are using a green roof for gardening food to eat, or in some cases… daily watering on hot days. Sprinkler systems can sutomate this process, and you may need to check these pipes on a regular basis. You can also plant wildflowers to help our bees produce honey,–if you are a skilled beekeeper who care about bees in your garden. You can also use measures that will prevent raccoons from entering your green roof. This is necessary to harden safety for your patrons at night. You can also allow opossums to live on your green rooftop to eat vermin like mice and rats,–reducing costs of extermination,–if you integrated nesting boxes for them, or if you are required to have these special boxes to be installed… if you live in an area where communities care about opossums.
  • If 16 of these buildings have green roofing, that will help to cool our planet, and add more oxygen to pull out CO2 levels from our air. Also, green roofing should be a new fashion for new and retro-style buildings with retro features. Even rebuilt structures can have green roofing. If you take 500 buildings, and add green roofing; how much your community will save? And how much oxygen you will get? If you multiplied these buildings by a higher number, and you have a city almost speckled with green specks, it will cause this city to cool down, and that will also cause rain to be absorbed by plants by 80%; If you got over 15,000 trees planted via these green rooftops on these buildings; that will help mitigate flash floods, and that will also make a city darker, and make it look like you are living in a forest. Also, oxygen levels will rise, and more birds will live in these trees planted this way. That will also help filter out smog. If 4 opossums are placed in these trees; they can go across the city via tree tops. However; if these trees are woven together via their branches; our sunlight will be blocked. That’s why having green rooftops should alway have a plan for a city. This is useful if you are starting a resort town, or a community from scratch. It takes time for trees to mature for some time. Well, some trees can be transplanted,–if you prefer to have older trees on your green rooftop,–as long as your dedicated hollow pillars are set for these large mature trees.

If you have a total of 64 buildings in your community, and you have a total of 4 trees per building, that is a total of 256 trees! That’s more than enough for this little micro-sized community to sustain itself with low energy bills, and a very little crime rate. Think about an elevated forest of some sort. If you have one of these buildings with a swimming pool, you can make a similar effect what lakes do. Well, birdbaths being installed in your garden via green roofing can also help the ecosystem. That can be useful for people who live near birds as a lifestyle. You can also have a swingset or playhouse for your community to have a better look of a horizon on the edge of a town.

If you have 256 buildings with green roofing; 1024 trees planted total will do a similar effect of a microforest, or an orchard. The dark doesn’t just help keep animals cool, and will also mitigate drought by 25% each year.

With a max of 1024 buildings with a high of 10 stories or more with trees planted (lowest on the very outside and highest on the very inside), you can make a similar affect like a real forest. If you as a mayor enforce this mandatory requirement for your city, you can save countless amount of dollars, and help reduce energy usage by 45%.

If you were raising your pup that grows into a large dog, and you trained your dog to give you a piggyback ride,–after she reached her targeted size what you desired, this is a true effect of animals growing when you add more oxygen to your area, if you have this trick.

If you have all of these buildings in Kansas have green roofing installed, that is more than enough for this entire state to dodge drought each year. That can also help this state save over $40,000,000 or more each year.

If you take Missouri, after Kansas… and have green roofing added to these structures with painstaking renovations, and rebuilds of structures, a same effect will be an equivalent of living in a larger forest.

If you take Colorado, and add green roofing to these buildings, it will help to lower the heat each hot day, and help mitigate of rivers drying up.

If you take Nebraska, and do the same implementation of green roofing, it will cool this state down. That is more than enough for this state to cool down for some years.

If you finally take Oklahoma, and added green roofing to all buildings, that is more than enough for this state to cool down with these techniques what my dream has encountered.

With these 5 states what we’re using above. Oxygen can travel with ease from the center of USA. If you take Texas, and add green roofing to all buildings, how cool would Tex will be? Will it be cooler than it used to be? Or these trees will remove tons of oxygen yearly? If Texans implemented solar panels and green roofing, it will make a pattern of hot and cold surfaces, creating an air flow!.

If we take all of these central states; and have green roofing on all buildings; that is more than enough for these states to cool down. However; with all of that cooling of cooling down these US states, it will be like living in a large forest, and that is more than enough to reduce droughts, and help to mitigate cooling costs. That is more than enough for USA to save at least $400,000,000 each year. That will also cause carbon levels to go down by 44%. That will also encounter eco tourists from around the globe.

If you take all 48 states, and add green roofing to these buildings with trees included, that is more than enough to cool down the 48 continental states in North America. That is more than enough to help them mitigate cooling costs by 544%. That will also help minimize natural disasters, drought, climate change, crime rates, carbon levels, and more. With these trees on rooftops… and green roofing… that can almost cover the entire 48 states with green specks by 70%.

If we add green roofing to all Canadian buildings with this setup; carbon levels will fall by only 50%.

If you add green roofing to all buildings in Argentina, Chile, VBrazil, Peru, Bolivia, and other South American territories, that’s more than enough for these nations to cool down, and dodge drought. Also, more oxygen will help cool our planet.

If Mexico adds solar panels to their rooftops with green roofing (without trees), that will help them offset carbon by only 49%. However; planting trees is king to have more oxygen for select green roofing for some buildings. That will also add more oxygen to their air.

If we took all of these European territories (including UK and Ireland), and added green roofing and solar panels; that will cool down this continent for a long time, and add more oxygen levels by only 55%. If you take all of these green roofing to the max amount in these cities, that is more than enough to remove carbon by 75%.

If you take Japan, and add green roofing, it will reduce hot days by at least 44%.

    If You Have Existing Buildings

You may need to have your buildings inspected,–before installing green roofing. However; you may need to have your building rebuilt as a way to have a green roofing implemented.

Speak with a city where you live to get help with upgrading to a green roof, and save more money for permits, and even renovations.

Speak to specialists who are licensed to install green roofing, and they have trained workers with craftsmanship.

    If Blue Roofing Is Used

If Blue roofing is used with green roofing, or individual buildings use blue roofing, that will also help with cooling costs. Also, blue roofing can be used for recreation use like water sprinklers, and pools,–depending on how your building built. Its important to cool down our planet, and move away from asphalt altogether because, they transmit more heat into our buildings than you thought.

    Why Ditch Asphalt Roofing?

Asphalt roofing doesn’t always mean affordable! Switching to a green roofing system is necessary to help mitigate heat island effect. This is necessary to help our environment, and our planet. Also, you also permit wildlife to rely on your green roof to live and thrive.

If we all switched to green roofing, we can make a serious difference for our planet. If we can take an entire continent of Austraila, and add green roofing to all buildings, that is more than enough for this entire nation to cool down, and that will also help remove carbon from our air. However; fighting drought is necessary because, we need to grow our crops for food to eat, and products to produce.

With all of these important green roofing being installed, we can help regain our ice caps for north and south poles of our planet, darken our cities just a bit when the sun is up, help our animals find new homes, and even help reduce our cooling costs each year. However; our heating costs will be lower, and we can have more money in our bank safes, and more money to spend overtime.

With all of that constant stream of oxygen, we can help get better air to breathe.

A green roof can really start a conversation overtime, and even you can also make your city beautiful again,–with a whole new style.

Asphalt roofing on buildings are bland, leaves your city so boring, and left your tourists and family snoring. Green roofing gains more fun and freedom, and even more things to do.

And unlike asphalt roofing, they’re reliable, sustainable, fun, beautiful, and safe for our planet, and that can add more value to your property by at least 40%;–if you care for your buildings at least.

Asphalt roofing will be a thing of a past, and you will only see these old roofing formats via historic buildings that keep their roofing fashion what we can remember.

If we take Africa, and add green roofing to all of these buildings, that is more than enough for this continent to cool down. This is necessary to help fight climate change.

If our mission to switch to green roofing is successful, we can finally make a huge difference for our planet for a long time.

Like my dream, having green roofing is important.
