Working Everyday (usually 5 or 7 days) Can Only Earn You Small Amounts Of Money

This is common; but that’s how do places of employment start you off with. This is necessary for YOU to get an experience. Think about trying out a product,–except you are going to make products, or perform services. Poor folks kept assuming their paychecks are NOT going to be large enough for them to be supported. Starting a job is not “easy money” because, it requires you to have a skill what you developed earlier. If you kept assuming your check is always a small amount; your place of employment may experience negative consequences that are false.

When you start employment of choice; you need to ensure you choose how many hours you are willing to work each week. Thankfully; in Kansas; $16.00/hour is required for employees to be paid, so they can have a fair amount of money to support themselves, live, and rely on services that are meaningful to them. Typically, you start with a smaller paycheck. If you continue to work; and you keep your job like usual… your wages will increase overtime.

Starting From Small Is Key

When you start with a smaller paycheck; you start a process of using building blocks to build up a pool of money to spend. If you have a bank account, and your payments are deposited, you can use this strategy to slowly build up a small amount of cash either each week, biweekly, or monthly. Your payment schedule depends on where you are working at. By receiving small amount of payments with a starting wage; you are essentially building up a financial cushion for your upcoming bills to pay, food to eat, use public transportation, saving up for better healthcare, and more.

Sometimes; relying on small amounts via your paycheck is ideal for people who are NOT going to be billionares, or if being wealthy isn’t a thing! Put that to a prospective; a poor person who properly saves money can use higher amounts for better living, better food to eat, better healthcare, and more. However; starting from small can be tricky for some people who are trying to go for easy money.

Starting from small plays a key role for your place of employment:

  • Extra money to spend – your place of employment must pay you with a small amount in order to try out new employees who are joining their company to do tasks that are available. For this instance; you are a fond of coding, and you have skills of writing html documents by hand. You typically don’t own a computer, but you used one at your local public library. You use your typing skills to type up code for your company’s website. You are being paid for your job. You are going to be paid up to $19.99/hour. And you use your skills to start your work,–after you filled out forms, and other essentials. By starting off with a small paycheck; you enable a company what you work for receive extra cash to set aside profits. If you think this small amount doesn’t stop you; simply just lead on! Its kind of like setting up a trial period for your employer via a small amount. And once you established your skills as you work; you can get a larger paycheck in the future.
  • Prevent Cash Shortage – This is an important component. Even if this company is a large company; they need to ensure their employees are paid evenly. Expenses like rent, energy, food, internet, telephone, and other expenses are key factors. They need to take care of expenses too! Think about how your employer uses these steps to ensure you are paid with a set amount that is reasonable. Don’t assume your paycheck is not going to grow because, you worked with a set amount of hours. If you work for at least 8 hours a day; this is common. However; other jobs can be longer,–depending on where you work at.
  • For You:

Its like building up some cash to use for paying for these essential expenses like food, water, utilities, rent, etc. If you work enough hours; your paycheck will grow overtime. Think about a place of employment as a place to use your skills for your job duties. By working at a place of employment. You will experience the following:

    • Reduce Stress On Electronic Equipment – When your TV is off, along with your music player; you help reduce your electronic’s constant operation that leads to a premature wear and tear.
    • Reduces Water – With an 8-hour reduction of water; your water is conserved. This is necessary to keep water bills in check.
    • Quiets Homes – When our homes are quiet in our neighborhood; that plays a key role of reducing noise. However; if you are just passing these houses,–after you hopped off the bus to work at a restaurant… you can hear just birds in a tree, or other homes where people who are just relaxing after an overnight shift have some little activity.
    • Your Electric Bill May Be A Factor – Your electric bill may depend on your power usage. By being at work; your home uses less electricity. This is important to ensure your electrical equipment doesn’t get overused, or experiencing constant usage.

Note: These factors vary from person to person.

So, having a job is always a key to have money in your pocket. A poor person can just find a suitable job, and learn how does this job work, and experience productivity.

Without a job; you may experience these:

  • No money to spend – you won’t have any money to spend on essentials. Things aren’t free the whole time. Employment prevents you from getting this experience.
  • Missing Out On Good Stuff – Only sitting on your couch, and only watching TV doesn’t help you. Even TV stars need regular jobs because, they must have a backup. Employment enables you to get good things what you desire.
  • Saving Money Is Impossible – You can’t save money without employment. You can always start working to build up some cash to spend. If you work hard enough, and you used your skills like usual… you can save up small amounts of money each week.
  • No Better Homes To Live – Better homes to live requires you to have a job. However; with a rise of housing costs… you must have enough money to ensure you have enough cash to pay for rent, or if you are owning a home.
  • My Experience As An Employee

My experience of working at my job (2020 to late 2024) is like using my productive skills to do my tasks. I usually priortize work as a way to earn some money to spend. I Usually start working as I arrive at my place of employment. Fun stuff is for later on. When I work first; I usually take care of productivity, ensure products are ready for consumers to consume with a purpose. Well, putting parts together is like making products. Making products is more fun than you thought. Even if you mastered putting these products together, its like working for the economy. Back in 2007; I put pens together, assembled applicators and I’ve also took apart defective pens.

Employment is like earning cash from my job is like free money, except your paycheck has taxes deducted and you have a net payment. Its like a consumer with a reversed format.

Writing A Book Is Too Expensive For Me

    This is a myth!

Even if you are becoming an author of your new title series; you can still write and self-publish your book via these platforms:

    • Draft2Digital
    • Amazon KDP
    • KWL (Kobo Writing Life)
    • And other platforms

Writing a book takes time, and skill. If you recently written a book, and you are planning on self-publishing your work; you need to ensure you take quality very seriously. For this instance; your children has stories what you want to publish for our market of books to read for our readers. Essentially, what you are creating is a product. The more time you invest writing a book and self-publishing your work, you will grow your audience overtime.

If you are wanting other poor communities to read your books; choosing a vendor for public libraries is very important. Hoopla enables your books to be checked out endlessly. This is very important for your audience to fulljoy your books. If you write quality books, and rely on your skills; you can starting generating revenue overtime.

There are some people who are poor who are successful, after they’ve written so many books what they’ve written themselves. Here are the following factors:

    • Talent Development – If a poor person develops a talent of writing books; s/he can write a book and self-publish it. This is ideal for them to share their stories what they write. Everyday; new authors rise from poor communities (depending on where you live).
    • Inspired By Other Authors To Write – This is the another factor. Being inspired to write is NOT expensive. If you were taking a class for writing earlier, and start writing books; you can get inspired by other authors to write your own book.

These factors beyond these items listed may vary.

    My Experience

This is my experiment in progress. I am still taking my time as I write a book. However; factors like finding jobs, internet bills, and other factors can slow down my effort of writing books for the future.

Typically, I treat writing books as a form of art, but I don’t usually write to make “easy money” because, I need to ensure I target the right audience.

    Saving Money Is Too Difficult

Even if saving money is difficult; you need to start from small. If you have a job that pays you; you can slowly save up your money for the future. PayPal has found ways for the poor to save money, and rethink how their money should be used. Many families kept relying on this myth, and not using common sense when saving up. Sometimes; they don’t properly save up because, they usually spend their money on things that are NOT meaningful, such as:

    • Cable TV Subscriptions
    • Mass Amounts Of Material Possessions
    • Homes With High Rent Costs
    • Automobiles
    • Vanity Items

Lacking material possessions and saving up like usual is key to ensure they have money to spend for the future.

If this the case; saving money takes some mastery; skills, and effort. It may take some time for you to save up some spare dollars. Local banks provide these account features for existing customers who wanted to set aside their money for saving. If the poor let their saved dollars stay put; that can enable them to build enough cash reserves for the future. In order to avoid the negative impacts of your financial stability, follow these steps:

    1. Always work on a daily basis. This is important to be at work, and do your regular job. If you are writing books like usual; a regular job plays a key role for your productivity to be active.
    2. Use either your local bank, or an online banking platform to save your money aside. Savings is the factor when setting up your money to be spent for the future.
    3. Don’t believe what other poor folks are saying. This is a serious trap that is a serious factor what you should avoid.
    4. Check news articles via your local news source, or any news source what you trust. If you are checking the economy; always check these trends that are either relevant, or noth worth trying. This is very important!
    5. Don’t put ALL of the eggs in just one basket. Always implement a purpose when saving money.

    My Experience

Although; saving money is kind of difficult, but this is what happens if I don’t have a proper source of employment. Its more of a squeeze to my financial stability. This is what happens if you don’t save money properly, and keep the momentum going!

Living Off A Government Is An Only Option For Me

    This is a myth too!

Although; there are some times people rely on these services offered by our government. For this instance; SSI, SNAP, and other government-funded programs what the poor relies on. However; this is NOT a long-term strategy. NOT ALL disabled communities stay home over working. A person without vision can still have employment, talents, skills, and other useful things to do. However; if you can’t work because, your doctor/nurse wanted you to stop working. Disability can be a factor for some people who need to rely on government programs that are funded by tax payers like you.

    Mooching Is A Known Problem

For the past months/years; I’ve been scrolling the search pages on YouTube about SNAP fraud, mooching on our government, and more.

That’s right! SNAP, SSI, and other services are intended for the poor who needed these services. However; many people has used this loophole as a way to stay home with their children, and continue to have more children,–trying to rely on welfare services instead of working. Texas has a serious welfare fraud problem.

However; there’s the another issue what I’ve researched… meth usage and SNAP don’t mix. This is not a way how our community should work.

SNAP does require requirements for some people who are poor, that also includes people who are at work. However; if you have lots of money; you don’t need to rely on this program because, you can just use your money like usual.

If poor folks (who are still able to work) simply just mooch on our government’s funding to support themselves. That causes our government’s funding to be used up.

Here are the following factors that are known to us when some poor folks who often rely on these services, all without legitimate reasons:

    • Having Too Many Children – This is a lame excluse of not working.
    • Family Issues (regarding financial issues) – This excluse is also lame because, parents has refused to work.
    • Living In Rural Communities – This is the another lame excuse! You can still take a bus, or an airplane to work. However; this loophole is still a problem for many of these tax payers in USA.

Why Mooching on these programs is such a bad idea?

    • This is an example of cheating. To me; mooching off of these programs is a known issue, despite me… blind myself.
    • You miss out on job opportunities can lead you to NOT having money in your pocket. You can’t get things for free because, you need to use money, and you need to work each day.
    • If poor folks who are able chose to find a suitable job, and skip vanity; that shouldn’t be a problem. Overtime; tax dollars from paychecks can fund our government, and help the rest of the poor folks who needed these programs, until they have suitable jobs.
    • When mooching has been reduced by either 30% or more; our government should have enough money to improve our infrastructure… such as EMS, fire department, law enforcement, public transportation, schools, parks, and more.
